Face Mask Disclaimer

Masks are not purposed to treat, diagnose, prevent, cure or moderate any health condition, illness or disease (COVID-19 Inclusive). Masks are not intended for use in any clinical/surgical or high-risk of exposure settings and are not sterile. Masks are not considered to be PPE (personal protective equipment) or filtering respirators. Masks should not be worn near open flames, intense heat or flammable gas, as the masks are flammable. Masks should also never be worn underwater. Masks are not intended for use by children under age 13, if masks are used for children under this age this is at the full discretion and full responsibility of the parent or guardian, and children should never be left unsupervised with masks. Masks are not intended for individuals who have trouble breathing, have sensitive skin or any individual who is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. Masks should not be used on children under age 3.

Any healthcare queries should be directed to your healthcare provider. The entire risk of the performance or quality of this product is with the buyer. If the quality or performance of this item is lacking in any such way following its purchase, the buyer (not the supplier, retailer or manufacturer), acquires the entire cost of all related repairs, servicing, damages, healthcare costs or any other various related expenses. Ziva Blue assumes no liability for any injury, illness or disease acquired while wearing (or not wearing) this product. Ziva Blue also assumes no liability for any statements made by third-party sellers, and the above disclaimer also applies to any third-party sale. 

Pet Bandana Disclaimer

SAFETY, so, remember they are accessories and shouldn't be left on the animal unattended or unsupervised.  If the bandana becomes damaged in any way discontinue use and more importantly keep them away from naked flames.

By purchasing a pet bandana you agree to our terms of sale, that we are not liable for any animal, property or human injury/damage incurred while wearing a pet bandana.  Stop, Slow & Go bandanas are purely a cautionary/warning item not a deterrent.
